Yes it is. Starting to get to big for me now. The infrastructure is not keeping up with the increase in population. I am actually in Madison just outside of Huntsville. When I moved here fromSE Huntsville about 20 years ago we used to only have traffic for an hour in the morning and an hour during the evening. Now it seems to be from lunch till 6:30. Outside,of that it is a good place to live.
